Basketball Camp Schedule:

Week 1 – June 13th – 17th – $400
Week 2 – June 20th – 24th – $400
Week 3 – June 27th – July 1st – $400

By popular demand, we have added more weeks of Basketball Camp! We have also included half day options for the remainder of the summer.

Week 4 – July 5th – 8th – $320 FULL DAYS ($232 HALF DAYS)
Week 5 – July 11th -15th – $400 FULL DAYS ($290 HALF DAYS)
Week 6 – July 18th – 22nd – $400 FULL DAYS ($290 HALF DAYS)
Week 7 – July 25th – 29th – $400 FULL DAYS ($290 HALF DAYS)

**State restrictions are subject to change and restrictions on camp numbers will adjust accordingly**

    • FULL DAYS: 9am-4pm: $400 per week
    • HALF DAYS: 9am-12:45pm: $290 per week

Day Camp Includes:

Each morning (Half Day Camp) is dedicated to basketball. Afternoons will introduce players to a variety of other sports (baseball/softball, soccer, field sports) coached by college coaches and players. All players will be placed into teams at the beginning of the week based on age and skill level and will be assigned a high level TIU Camp Coach.  Listed below are a few of the things included in our day camps:

  • Repetition of basic fundamentals such as layups, shooting, passing, and ball handling
  • Skill development drills
  • Fitness with certified strength coach
  • Character Clinics
  • Fun skill competitions that reinforce fundamentals
  • 5 on 5 competition
  • 3 on 3 competition
  • Knockout
  • Lunch in Hawkins Dining Hall (Mon-Friday)

Typical Day at CPAC Basketball Camp

  • 9:00 am Drop off and free shooting
  • 9:15 am 5 Minute Layups with each team
  • 9:20 am Roll Call
  • 9:25 am Character Clinic
  • 9:35 am Basketball Skill Development Clinic
  • 9:45 am Basketball Skill Development Stations (45 min)
  • 10:30 am Camp Skill Competitions
  • 10:45 am 5 on 5 Games
  • 12:00 pm Lunch in Hawkins Dining Hall
  • 1:00 pm Sport #2 Clinic 
  • 1:40 pm Skill Development Stations

Facility:

The Van Dixhorn Arena is the NEW Home for the TIU Trojans Men’s and Women’s Basketball, along with Men’s and Women’s Volleyball. Located on the Trinity International campus in Deerfield, IL the sparkling new arena has lifted the Trojans to one of the best home-court advantages in the Chicagoland area. Lunch will be provided in the Waybright Center, the center of campus and where all TIU students eat their meals. It is an all-you-can-eat arrangement that campers will love, with plenty of healthy options.

Additional Information:

Participants in our Camps will receive high-level coaching from Trinity Basketball Staff, current and former TIU players, as well as other well-respected Coaches in the area.  Our purpose is to teach, train, and equip players to become better basketball players and leaders. Every day we will have individual skill development training, 5 on 5 competition, games that will help reinforce the fundamentals they are learning, and most importantly Character Clinics led by our staff. 

In years past we have had over 200 players participate in our day camps.  The day camps are open to boys and girls ages 5-14 years old.

Sports Camp Description:
This is the camp you’ve been waiting for!  Exciting, fun, and knowledge-based! Our full-day camp is designed to instruct boys and girls in individual skills, rules, and fundamentals of multiple sports in a fun environment under the supervision of college coaches and athletes. Campers will be introduced to multiple sports each day including basketball, soccer, baseball/softball and field sports.  (Field sports include ultimate frisbee, flag football, etc.)

TAE KWON DO CAMP

Camp Schedule:

Session 1: Mon-Thurs, 9am to 12:30pm, June 6-30
Early Registration Deadline: May 16

Session 2: Mon-Thurs, 9am to 12:30pm, July 5-28

Early Registration Deadline: June 13

Cost: $72/Day if before Early Registration date. Otherwise $82/Day

Location: CPAC East Tae Kwon Do studio

This morning camp for ages 5 to 14 will challenge and benefit both new and existing Tae Kwon Do practitioners with drills, exercises, activities, and games in a fun and encouraging environment. This will also develop the techniques and training specific to students’ particular levels in Tae Kwon Do.

TENNIS CAMPS

Future Stars Day Camp

For participants in our Quick Start, Junior Development and Tournament Training programs, or new participants at the equivalent skill level. (If you’re new to CPAC programs, please contact us for an evaluation to enroll your youth player in the right level.)

This all-day camp includes level-specific drills, match play, fitness, and games. Our goal for all players in this camp is to build the right foundation to become future USTA and high school competitors.

The morning block will focus on tennis drills. The afternoon session will include match play and games to build athleticism and fundamentals.

Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 9:30am to 3:30 pm

  • Session 1: June 13 – July 8
    No class on Monday, July 4
    Early Registration Deadline May 9
  • Session 2: July 11 – August 5

Early Registration Deadline: June 20

Location: Deerfield High School, CPAC East & West

Cost: $106/Day. $116/Day if registered after Early Registration deadlines.

Students must be at CPAC East by 9:00am for transportation to the outdoor facility. Pick up will be at 3:30pm at CPAC East. Students should bring their water jug, snack, and lunch.

For optimal results, we recommend campers plan to attend three days a week. If your schedule doesn’t allow that, you’ll still see measurable progress from attending as may sessions as you can.

** Makeups are available. Must be completed during the same week of missed class.

Elite Camp

Half-day camp offered for players currently enrolled in TAP and High Performance programs. Players will be separated daily according to ability level. If you’re new to CPAC programs, please contact us for an evaluation to enroll your youth player in the right level.

Sessions will include instructional drills with our pros, match play, and group fitness sessions with our strength and conditioning coaches.

Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 9:00am to 12:30 pm

  • Session 1: June 13 – July 8
    No class on Monday, July 4
    Early Registration Deadline May 9
  • Session 2: July 11 – August 5

Early Registration Deadline: June 20

Location: Lake Forest High School (West Campus) CPAC East & West

Cost: $92/Day. $102/Day if registered after Early Registration deadlines.

Students must be at CPAC East by 8:40am for transportation to the outdoor facility.

High School Camp

Geared toward boys and girls preparing to play high school tennis. Sessions will focus on singles and doubles strategy and incorporate strength and conditioning training to help improve movement and stamina and prevent injury.

Schedule: Mondays-Fridays, 1:30 to 4:45 pm

  • 8 Weeks, June 13 – August 5
    No class on Monday, July 4
    Early Registration Deadline is Friday of previous week

Location: CPAC Easy for Strength & Conditioning, Lake Forest High School (West Campus) for Drills and Match Play

Cost: $86/Day. $96/Day if registered after Early Registration deadlines.

One-way transportation will be provided from CPAC East to Lake Forest West at 2:30 PM each day. (Pick up must be made at the high school as there will be no transportation available to return to CPAC East).
