TOTAL BODY TRAINING

Are you having a hard time starting or getting back into your fitness routine since quarantine?    

Do you have chronic aches and pains that prevent you from being as active as you would like?

Are you tired of trying fad diets and gimmicky fitness routines that produce lackluster results no matter how much hard work you put into it?

Our Total Body Training class is designed for people aged 30-65 that want to lead active lives and not be bogged down by weight issues or injuries!  Enjoy expertly crafted programs with the guidance of an experienced coach that is going to ensure that you get what YOU want out of your experience with us.

This class is ideal for:

  • Weight loss
  • Resilient bodies that are free from the chronic pains that come with an active lifestyle
  • A world-class education on how to keep your body feeling and looking great
  • A judgement free community of like-minded individuals who enjoy exercise
  • A community that will help hold you accountable and keep you moving toward your goals

Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 6pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday @ 9am

Cost:

  • CPAC Members: $12.40/class with a month to month package.
  • Non-members – $16.50/class with a month to month package.
  • Drop-ins – $25/class
