You may manage, limit, or revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling location permissions may affect certain App features, including automated check-in notifications.
Fitness Class and Event Participation Data
The App collects information regarding your registration for, attendance at, and participation in fitness classes, sports programs, camps, events, lessons, and other activities offered by CPAC.
This information is used to:
- Track participant attendance;
- Manage class and event capacity limits;
- Ensure adequate space and staffing requirements;
- Facilitate scheduling and program administration;
- Improve member services and program offerings.
Data Retention
CPAC retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain membership records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business operations.
